A dictionary/glossary/lexicon as sort of a cosmic, meeting of the minds, collaboration of the likes of Dan Webster, Sam Johnson, Ambrose Bierce, Hunter S. Thompson, Wm. F. Buckley, Grouch Marx, W. C. Fields and many more... even though its editors are obscure unknowns with dreadfully dangerous senses of humor. CWhyA
CWhyA: A questionable "eggcorn" related to our two previous entries (at least): The P-Moment and CQA. Indeed, why have such an agency if the intelligence is questionable?

CQA or C?A
CQA: Central Questionable Agency. That derivative substitution of Questionable for Intelligence in reference to our previous entry: The P-Moment. In other words, if the intelligence from the CIA is questionable (since the Tenet era...at least) is a name change appropriate - or perhaps an epithet veiled in sarcasm?

Chemania: The rather disturbing portmanteau of Cheney and mania. (1) Of an elevated politician's mood when apparently defending their rather scandalous (and very illegal actions ) in political office via political discourse, dialogue, interview and so on. (2) The resulting linking of said official to their rather scandalous actions through such elevated dialogues.
References: Analysis: Why is Dick Cheney so chatty all of a sudden?, Washington diary Is Dick Cheney the new face of the Republicans?, Ex-Bush official testifies on waterboarding, Ex-Bush Official Lobbied Against Torture , and Alleged prisoner abuse photos to be released .

Chemission

Chemission: The portmanteau of emission/admission and Cheney. (1) The kind of emission (or admission?) coming from Dick Cheney - or any similar politician - in the wake/start of very serious scandal and legal proceedings. (2) The antonym of "clearing the air" in the wake/start of very serious scandal and legal proceedings.

Bushama

Bushama: Yes, we know we are offending the sensibilities of many of Obama's crowd, but we are somewhat offended by the decision of the new Administration to protect the old Administration regarding certain policies and activities as regarding torture. (1) The apparent morphing of the old and new administrations. (2) The rather shocking portmanteau of Bush and Obama. (3) The rather shocking realization that the Obama Administration may be defending the Bush Administration in certain illicit areas of US law.
References: Obama Aide: No Prosecution of Bush Officials for Torture Policy, U.N. Official: No Pass For Torturers, Government won’t release wiretap documents , Gov't Refuses To Release Wiretap Document and Obama keeps some Bush secrets.

Caterpillar

Caterpillar: Not a new word, but a new meaning with a new symbolism. As of yesterday, we aquired the new knowledge that our administrations have avowed and allowed and defended of/to the use of insects (caterpillars in at least one case) to the use of torture of its political prisoners. Definitions: (1) The introduction of insect(s) onto the skin of a detainee/prisoner for the purposes of making the same believe that the insect(s) have a venomous sting. (2) The symbol of the use of covert - and now overt - torture by the US on its political detainees and prisoners. (3) A now legally acceptable practice of cruel and unusual political punishment in the USA.
Example: "Did you inform the prisoner that they had a caterpillar in their head bag?". "Yes. Yes we did".
