Zelcupatory / Zelli Non Culpa: (1) The portmanteau of exculpatory and Philip D. Zelikow. Where the hero reveals the evidence that he/she is non-complicit in the sanctioning or action of waterboarding or torture. (2) The exculpatory evidence or exonerating evidence demonstrating that the hero of the story is not complicit, accessory nor in another criminal capacity responsible for officially sanctioned criminal actions and the like.
