Digital Eraser or Digital Disintegrator

Digital Eraser / Digital Disintegrator: No, not like the "eraser" tool you might find on Paintbrush and other imaging software. (1) A software tool that allows one to permanently delete emails and other personal digital data, records and so on in a limited time frame making them permanently unreadable. (2) A software tool that allows you to 'disintegrate' email and other electronic records. (Based on 'Vanish's' mode of action, theory of operation).
