Idler Day: The proposed renaming of Labor Day to Idler Day. This is based on the 'official' 10% or so unemployment rate (Wikipedia reports it at 15.9%...) in the good ol' USA. In some areas (like Detroit) it is now nearing 30% (officially - probably closer to 40%). Let's guess that the actual rate of US employment is more like 25%. That's alarming.
