Whineter or Twineter

Whineter / Twineter: (1) The unfortunate portmanteau of Twitter + whiner. In other words, to whine (excessively, if that's possible in 140 characters) while tweeting. (2) Twinte/Twineting/Twineted: To whine and complain on Twitter.
