Bailoutrage

Bailoutrage: (Probably not a new word). Emotion experienced by most of us upon learning of excessive bonuses and payouts being made on a Sunday to AIG personnel after receiving government bailout monies. Reference: Obama Advisor Summers: AIG Bonus Bombshell 'Outrageous' .

We don't mean to get maudlin here, but some of us can't even receive an unemployment check (for various reasons, even though increases have been stipulated in the omnibus reform bill - and some of these increases are minor, like $ 25 per week), yet some (like those at AIG) are receiving millions. Again, we are feeling the bailoutrage.
