Yet, we could not find it in the slang dictionary on line. We will attempt the definition herein. iBrick: We did NOT create the word. We are just adding our definition, to wit: What you get when you try to disconnect your phone service and connect with a third party phone service or attempting to install other third party applications. From the Daily Tech report: Apple, AT&T Sued for iBricking, Monopolistic Behavior. A quote from the report: ...'The suit further points to Apple's actions with its latest firmware update which unlawfully restrict consumer choice by preventing people from "unlocking" their iPhones, locking out third party applications from its file system and disabling unlocked iPhones turning them into "iBricks".'...
