Bloggipation

Bloggipation: The blogger's equivalent of gridlock. Apparently caused (or is it really an effect of?...) by frozen and/or malfunctioning control bars and buttons on the Blogger edit and arrange layouts and other pages. Is the internet gridlock finally here??? (See also Net gridlock by 2010 study warns ).
